Our core mission is tackling the worst excesses of our industry culture, both by providing a safe, confidential and fair way to report abuses and by providing exit interviews for anyone finishing a production. But HR isn't only about rooting out abusers and helping companies do better. It is also fundamentally a path to individual career development and fulfilment.
1. Coaching & Resources
We partner with industry-specific coaches, mentors and advisers to help you build a career you love. Some services are paid, but we also provide free talks, videos and webinars.

2. Conflict-resolution mediation
We offer paid conflict-resolution mediation for when a relationship has broken down on a production. This should be your first approach, before anyone has their contract terminated or feels they have to leave.
