Exit interview questionnaires are an opportunity to reflect on the job you have just finished, and to anonymously contribute to data sets that can help a production company understand the strengths and weaknesses of their culture, staff and crews.

Where patterns emerge about a particular production, production company or individual, Freelancer HR will offer aggregated feedback to the organisation or employer involved. This ensures no single person's feedback is identifiable, and the feedback is fair and corroborated – a key part of this exit interview process.

To this end, please encourage as many of your colleagues as possible to complete this questionnaire – whether you are completing it of your own accord, or have been sent a link by your production.

Where positive feedback has been given about an individual, it will be shared with the recipient via email and attributed to you, unless you explicitly ask us not to.
